  • Express Shipping: $32.00 CAD (1–2 business days)

United States Shipping

  • Standard International: $25.00 CAD (4–8 business days)

  • Express International: $36.00 CAD (2–3 business days)

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your GERDENE products. If you’re not fully satisfied, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return Requirements
To ensure a smooth return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Free of perfume, makeup, or damage

  • With all original labels and packaging attached

  • In the same condition as originally delivered

We photograph every item before shipping for quality assurance. Once the product is received and passes inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for size or color, depending on stock availability. Please contact us before sending your return so we can secure the correct item for you.
